Michael Kalinichenko, Chief Executive Officer

In addition to his role as CEO of SnS, which he has held since 2006, Michael Kalinichenko is also CEO of the StarForce group of companies, of which SnS was previously a part. Prior to joining the StarForce group, he undertook a number of organizational projects, notably with Trustworks BV in the Netherlands and R-Style Softlab in Russia. From 1998 until 2002, Michael served as Chief Technology Officer at leading security developer Kaspersky Labs, before which he worked as a programmer and as a project manager in software development in several international companies. Michael holds an MBA from UAMS in Belgium and a PhD in Mathematics and Physics from Moscow State University.

Yuri Romaschenko, Head of Software Development

Yuri Romaschenko has led development efforts at SnS since 2006, coming to this role from a position as Head of Projects at StarForce Technology. Before joining SnS and the StarForce group, Yuri headed up the Windows software development team at Kaspersky Labs. Throughout the 1990s, he held a number of software engineering and programming positions in Russian corporations including RAO GazProm. OKB Sukhoi, and Avtomir. Yuri is a certified Microsoft Systems Engineer and Microsoft Certified DatabaseAdministrator. He earned his graduate degree from the Moscow Power Engineering Insitute, Automatics and Computer Engineering Department, with a degree in Applied Mathematics.

Troika Dialog - Investor

In 2009, SnS concluded an investment agreement with Troika Dialog, a leading independent full-service investment bank and asset management firm in Russia. As a result of this deal, SnS received several million dollars of financing through Troika Dialog Asset Management. Troika Dialog invests risk capital into high-tech companies in the areas of alternative energy, information technologies, new materials, and opto-electronics. The company works with both Russian and international specialists as part of its pre-investment due diligence efforts; regional venture funds are managed over by individuals with proven track records in the innovations business. Troika Dialog has operations in 24 cities across Russia as well as offices in London, New York, Kiev, Almaty and Nicosia.
